Sourdough Sunday – Buckwheat Crepes

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERACrepes are easy to make and a good way to turn leftover  odds and ends into something a bit more elegant. Perfect for those nights you don’t really feel like cooking, but can’t bear the thought of another pizza slice.  The whole process is basically stir, sizzle, and fill.
