Mediterranean Monday – Garden Pizza

Are you still dealing with zucchini overload? I am. Thus I continue my quest to use zucchini in many ways. The other night it was this yummy pizza (but really, is there any such thing as a bad pizza?) topped with slices of yellow zucchini and chopped bell pepper from the garden. I added some black olives for saltiness and walnuts for crunch. One of the best I have made this year.
